Supermodel Elle Macpherson's 1988 Sports Illustrated cover is one iconic cover that gotpeople men talking at the time, a report once suggested a few men still have the cover up as wall posters till date!

Sports Illustrated magazine has easily the highest number of sexy covers with females usually sprawled on it in daring swimsuits.

For the 1988 edition, Elle Macpherson known as “The Body” showed off her toned physique for the magazine cover. She wore a plunging black one-piece scuba suit while striking a suggestive pose for the final cover photo.

Till date, Macpherson is the only model with the most Sports Illustrated swim covers with a total of five between 1986 to 2006.
