It was two wins for two Ronaldos in a single night.

Monday marked the day of the world shifting to the Ronaldos; while Portugal and Real Madrid star Cristiano was receiving his FIFA Ballon D’Or in Zurich, USA 94 & Korea/Japan 2002 World Cups winner Ronaldo de Lima was shooting the cards in for the reward of $42,180 (N7.7m).

The three time World player of the year collected the prize money for his participation at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) Main Event in the country of Pop star Rihanna, the Bahamas.

Ronaldo ended up on the 26 position out of a number of 816 players which is the best placement for any Sportstar in the PCA event.

‘’I'm really excited; it's the same emotion I used to have at the soccer fields playing at the highest level.

‘’The experience has been great, my first goal was to get a prize in a big tournament and I achieved that,’’ The former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Real Madrid forward said.
